Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.


To start a return, contact us at support@zerowastehaven.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Returns must be requested and approved before any items are sent back.


Return authorization required

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Return conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.


Return shipping & fees

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.


Return address

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and the correct return address. Do not send returns to the address shown on the website or order confirmation.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including: perishable goods, custom products, personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids/gases, gift cards, and final-sale items.

Exchanges 

We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item (if eligible) and place a new order.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected (if a return is required), we’ll notify you of approval. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
